Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026.
These terms govern your use of fluxberry.si and the Fluxberry workspace (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The Service
Fluxberry is an AI workspace for go-to-market work: researching your market, planning campaigns, creating content, coordinating outbound and measuring results. Features and integrations change over time, and availability depends on your plan and setup.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam or deceptive messages
- Follow the terms and rules of the third-party apps you connect, and the laws that apply to your outreach
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Do not use the Service to crawl or collect data in a way that ignores site restrictions or applicable law
AI-generated output and approvals
The Service uses AI models to produce plans, drafts and analysis. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before relying on it. Sensitive actions can require your approval; when you approve an action, you are responsible for it and its consequences. We do not guarantee any outcome such as rankings, replies, meetings or revenue.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service and the output you generate with it, subject to the rights of any third parties in that content. You give us permission to process it to operate and improve the Service for you.
Third-party services
The Service works with third-party apps and providers. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, with the price and billing terms shown at checkout. Plans include a usage allowance, and additional usage is credit-based; current allowances and credit costs are shown in your workspace. You can cancel a subscription from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the Service or others at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Fluxberry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party services, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
